    Vichare Rentals acts solely as an advertising and listing platform. We do not own, manage, or control any listed property, tenant, or PG accommodation. Listings are provided by landlords, tenants, or PG owners/advertisers.
  • Tenant & PG Listings
    The platform does not verify tenancy agreements, ownership, or accuracy of tenant/PG details. Users must independently verify all information before taking any action.
  • Fraud Awareness
    Users must not make any advance payments without inspecting the property or verifying ownership documents.
  • Third-Party Brokers
    Involvement, promotion, or payment of brokerage to third-party brokers or agents is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension or other strict actions.
  • Background & Police Verification
    The platform does not conduct background checks or police verification. Users must independently verify identity, credentials, and compliance with local laws.
  • Rental Agreements
    All rental agreements, including preparation, registration, stamp duty, and notarization, are the responsibility of the landlord and tenant. Vichare Rentals is not a party to any agreement.
  • Property Information Accuracy
    All property details, including rent, deposit, amenities, photos, and availability, are provided by advertisers. The platform does not guarantee accuracy.
  • Payments
    All payments for rent, deposit, or brokerage are made directly between users. The platform is not responsible for disputes, losses, or delays related to payments.
  • Legal Compliance
    Users must comply with local municipal laws, housing society rules, and state tenancy regulations applicable in their area.
  • Maintenance & Repairs
    Maintenance responsibilities should be mutually agreed upon and clearly stated in the rental agreement.
  • Possession & Handover
    Property possession dates, keys, and handover conditions are to be finalized directly between landlords and tenants.
  • Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes between landlords, tenants, or PG owners must be resolved mutually or through legal channels. Vichare Rentals is not liable for disputes.
  • Jurisdiction
    This website is operated from Thane, Maharashtra, India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
  • Intellectual Property
